Terms & Conditions
  1. Approvals:
    • On receipt of Proforma Invoice duly signed by the customer and of purchase order will enable us to start with first sample.
    • Customer must approve the fabric color and quality before bulk production.
    • Customer must approve the pre-production sample before starting production.
    • Customer must approve the screen printing / embroidery / applicable work before beginning the production.
    • Customer can perform the quality inspection during production if desire.

  2. Measurement Tolerance:
    3. +/- 3% measurement tolerance will be acceptable.

  3. Packing:
    4. Each piece will be packed in a single poly bag and then certain quantity will be packed in strong carton.

  4. Delivery:
    5. IMMEDIATE: Delivery will be made within 20 to 25 days subject to availability of fabric in stock.
    BULK: Delivery will be made within 60 to 90 days.
    Note: Above delivery time start when we received advance payment, receipt of purchase order complete in all respect & production sample approved by the customer for immediate delivery and bulk production.
    Partial delivery is acceptable, if required by customer.

  5. Quantity Tolerance:
    6. +/- 5% quantity in delivery will be acceptable.

  6. Payment Terms:
    • 50% ADVANCE & BALNCE 50% AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BEFORE SHIPMENT.
    • 100% Advance for the orders amounts less then US$ 5000.00
    • Advance payment will be deducted in Pro Rate basis with the partial delivery
    • Payment can also be made by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or directly deposit to our bank account.
